Use of certain features of the Service may be subject to a separate insertion order, publisher agreement, or Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which will govern where applicable.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions

By using Thrad, you agree that you will not: Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive advertising. Use the platform to distribute harmful or illegal content. Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or manipulate the Service. Use bots or automated means to access or use the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Advertising Guidelines

All ads served through Thrad must comply with applicable laws, industry standards, and any content guidelines communicated to you by Thrad. We reserve the right to remove or reject ads that do not meet these requirements at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Thrad and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your uploaded content. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Thrad a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

7. Payment & Fees

Some features of Thrad require payment. By using these features, you agree to the applicable pricing and payment terms as set out in your insertion order or campaign agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement with Thrad.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Thrad at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Thrad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Thrad.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Thrad harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
