Thrad operates an AI-native advertising platform for conversational AI applications. This Site provides information about Thrad and, where offered, access to account registration and related tools. The availability and terms of platform features are governed by your separate agreement(s) with us.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly at contact@thrad.ai of any unauthorised use.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• upload or distribute harmful, unlawful, or infringing content;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its security; or
• use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site and its content (excluding content you submit) are owned by Thrads Corp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain rights to content you submit through the Site; by submitting it, you grant Thrad a limited, non-exclusive licence to use and display that content solely to operate and provide the Site. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you submit.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold Thrad harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Site or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will post a notice on the Site or otherwise notify you. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
